Beneficial solution if looking increase customer service efficiency

The main benefit is that you can have multiple users work together without having to buy separate phones for each person involved in your call center, which saves money! It also allows us flexibility regarding our business hours since we don't need dedicated phone lines at all times during normal working days (24/7). I wish there was an option where one could use their own headset instead of using "M2" headsets provided by MTWOISP's system. This would be nice so they wouldn't get confused with other people talking through them when everyone has different tones or voices than what might come from standard analog telephones used throughout most organizations today. We were able utilize this product because it fit into existing infrastructure as well as providing enough handsets per user needed.

  • Best part about calling clients over these services? They are completely free if set up correctly..no cost whatsoever!! Also extremely easy implementation process..very minimal time requirements required once installed.easy monitoring too complete control via web interface available 24x5 365
