I've been wearing this watch every day since I got it over 6 months ago. It's comfortable and pretty - goes with everything I wear. I always get compliments when people notice. I like that the loop has bulges on the inside to keep it in place. My loop started breaking and I asked Amazon for a replacement and Eva from WITHit answered my questions immediately and suggested several ways to contact support and get a replacement. I called her number and followed the customer service instructions and Eva was the first to answer the call. She sent me a personal letter to replace the hinges, which I received 2 days after speaking to her. GREAT customer service and a versatile, easy to use product.
