I was initially very impressed with this little speaker - I even recommended it to a friend. However, since buying it from Revain last fall (2020) I've only used it a couple of times - satisfactory - but suddenly there's almost no boost. In fact, the notoriously poor sound of my weak iPad speaker is actually louder than what it produces. Worse, I just recently threw away the packaging and couldn't find contact information for this company anywhere on the internet. It's just as frustrating as being dissatisfied with my product, especially since they have literature about how responsive they are. Good day? 02/13/2021 - After posting this review, I found the contact information for this product and immediately emailed it. The next day I received a reply and an offer to send a replacement immediately. So 5 STARS for responsiveness. I look forward to replacing the item and really hope it works well.
