This kit was a lot cheaper than those offered by NAPA, Rock Auto and other online retailers so I was a bit wary. But it is a perfect replacement that works like the original. Warning: You will need a separate tool to remove the old lever's splined metal core from the motor shaft. You need a puller or something. The variation I used was to split the wedge core using my Dremel tool and cutting wheel. Once this was removed, the new arm was up and running in literally seconds.
