I don't usually write reviews but thought I could contribute in case someone wants to use this like I do. You take a risk buying pins - you never know if they will rust and ruin your hard work. For blocking - I would only buy these if you don't plan on wetting your project or if you only intend to use the pins once. . Otherwise I would not recommend them. For use with something that won't get wet this is a great buy. The pins were all straight (I used them all), strong (didn't bend when inserted into the locking plate) and they were all sharp. They are long enough and the head of the needle was big for what I needed. They come in 8 separate containers which helped a lot because I didn't have a huge container with 800 containers waiting to spill. If needed, you can reduce them to 5 (I did this to save space). When I used the pins a second time and blocked them with a solution of PVA glue and water, random pins rusted. I had to go into rescue mode to fix my projects. They are now part of my sewing supplies so I don't use them with interlock. I give it 3 stars because of the good quality. The lack of corrosion resistance has knocked it off its feet.
