Bought this backpack as carry-on for a recent trip. I didn't have to lug around much so it seemed to work, and it really does. I was able to put my laptop and everything I needed for the flight (snacks, books, etc.) inside. Since my journey is over, I still use it to carry my daily needs with me. I forgot how useful a backpack can be! I like the softness of the material, I had a hard leather backpack the other day and it was rubbing and painful on the shoulders and sides - no problems with this product. It looks elegant and trendy, which allows me to wear it to work as well as outside without looking too elegant. My biggest issue is that the straps lengthen slightly and don't stay where I put them on, but they snap easily every time I get ready to put them on. It's just a little annoying.
