With Ultera Enterprise, the content, metadata, and analytics are all in the same system. This makes it easy to create one central source of truth about all of the content. This allows everyone to use the same terminology, and understand what is going on. The system is easy to use but difficult to master, we need time to get up and running. We are using Ultera Enterprise as the core Content Enables System that the majority of the rest of the system is leveraging. The system is easily configurable in our specific environment which has its own standards. The ability to manage the content easily to the customer and also to the publisher. The inbuilt analytics are very good. The integration with Google Analytics is very good. The support is very good. The UI is not the best. A little bit confusing. I have seen the product live and it is very good. I have used it for the content management and I think it has helped me a lot. It has helped me to manage the content easily from the customer to the publisher.
