The item was delivered abroad but not for as long as I expected. It came pretty quickly. The packaging was in a small bubble wrap lined envelope and protective plastic bag. The sticker warned that once crimped, the clasp marks the skin and cannot be returned. So check the group. Mine was in perfect condition. It was exactly as advertised. It worked for my tag and took a long time to find, so I'm glad they paid so much attention to the specifics and size of the clasp. Finally, the product turned out to be better than expected. It had the same texture, color, stitching, and leather markings as my original. It was very tight but that's the way it should be and I expect it to loosen/soften over time. Remember that it does not come with other parts. I highly recommend this to people who do everything by hand.
