This is perfect for my needs as I don't hang my blazer on the standard hanger but on the rear seat handle. In the past, as almost anyone who has done this knows, the jacket would flap against the window, sleeve/bottom of the seat/backrest (we have dogs that ride in the back, so their hair inevitably ended up somewhere on the jacket ), and finally it was too tedious to lug something into the car every day.
