Terrible app + Bad strap design
Adjusting the strap is a hassle as it is the only way to get the right fit. Also, the design of the app is absolutely terrible. 1) It doesn't work with my Garmin Vivoactive 4. 2) You need to have your phone with you to record data and 3) You need to keep the app open. Should you tell Spotify to change the song? This will reset your mileage like you never have. You have to start over. I hate to say it, but there was absolutely no customer thought put into the app, and that's 50% of the product. Absolute rubbish.
