Well I've always had good luck with HP printers. For the most part, they seem pretty basic and easy to use. I wanted one that would be easy to connect and use, without a lot of extra bells and whistles that I wouldn't use. Ticket. The cheapest that did what I needed. Like almost all printers these days, this is a wireless printer. I thought this seemed like a good idea, but it only worked a couple of times for me, even after 2 or 3 calls to HP for help. Eventually the service rep wanted to take control of my computer to see what was going on. I drew a line there and said I would only use it with a wired connection as all my other devices worked fine that way and there was really no need for it to be wireless. And it worked great and still works. It is convenient that there is an opportunity to photocopy the document.
