I bought the masks because the ad said they were sized for toddlers. I bought them for my kids who are 2 and 4 years old. They are no less than those who say 4-12. It's too big for a 4 year old. The 2 year old doesn't mind wearing the mask but fiddles with it when it's too big and the loops need to be twisted. I was hoping they would fit because they mentioned toddlers. The quality is excellent and the girls love the pictures on the masks. Worth the cost.
