# My rating This rating relates to the RUMICAFeb bed bumper with a wrap around the bed. This could be the perfect option for a guest room that doesn't have a lot of daily activity. First, the bed bumper is packed in a clear plastic bag that protects it during storage and transportation. It serves its purpose and keeps everything intact! Inside is a product label showing colour, size etc., no instructions and a bed surround. This material is soft to the touch and has a smooth, silky finish, but is slightly transparent. The ruffles are of a good length and provide ample vertical bottom coverage. Laying the bed surround around the box spring was no easy task and requires constant adjustment to keep it flat and in place. In general everything is fine. I was expecting a full bed skirt with material covering the entire surface of the box tower, which is not the case! They're just ruffles with a weird way of fastening.
