Used these for the first time today while cleaning dust off my cast iron skillet that I was frying tomatoes in. The caramelized juice stuck to the bottom and cleaned up exceptionally well with a little baking soda and this brush. I was expecting it to be harder and stronger but love how you can roll it up when it gets wet to really clean the stain. LOVE how easy it is to rinse off! I wonder how it will clean cheese and eggs, two of the most difficult things to clean, without messing up your scrubber! I'll update this review when I test it more thoroughly, but so far I'm very pleased - it's perfect for enameled cast iron! UPDATE: I used it tonight to clean a pan of baked cheese and eggs. That has to be the worst case scenario for a scrubber! I had to throw away more than one dishwashing and scrubbing brush after using it on this combo. I was a bit nervous that it would stick together but I'm happy to report that it cleaned my pan easily and then I just rinsed it out and there wasn't even a bit of food left! This is the best scrubber I've ever used on cheese and eggs and that's kudos as I've never had a scrubber that can handle it! I love these scrubbers!
