I have had the chair for 3 months now. I bought it for use in the kitchen as I can stand for long periods due to back problems. If I'm cleaning or frying something and have to be at the stove for a while, I sit down. So I used it max 1-2 hours a day, not every day. About three weeks ago pieces started falling off the chair as in the photo. Then the wheel you had placed your feet on came loose. Now we have to tighten it every week, otherwise I'm afraid I'll fall off the chair when I try to stand on it, I need it a little higher than a normal chair. Also, the back is pretty loose, and there's no way to tighten it up. More black plastic pieces fell off, covering metal parts, mostly wheels. Now I'm waiting to see if the metal parts fall off. Before purchasing this chair I looked at some of the other red reviews which were pretty good. It is not clear how this product can have good reviews, or maybe all bad reviews will be removed? I had back surgery, I have severe back problems and I don't feel safe climbing or sitting in this chair. Very disappointed.
