This thing is amazing! I used it once a day with a sitz bath after my daughter was born. I recovered in three days! Then I got very sore and wet from nursing, so I added half a glass to a regular bath and lay in it for several nights. I was completely healed in 2 or 3 days. Now I buy this for every baby shower I go to. Totally worth the money, smells great and leaves my skin very soft.
