I've been using this for years. At each step, there are many features and options that can be setup to your liking. I have not encountered any big issues since starting to use it as a company website in 2014 - though in the intervening time other similar platforms have come along and we needed a platform change anyway. We run a website where some visitors access to information or shop without registering and signing in. The main benefit of running this site via Arastta instead of an own-brand system is that we get a complete view of our traffic, how they move around the website, where they go and what they do. This lets us see if someone has bought something from another page, which allows us to follow up and offer them an ongoing relationship after purchase. Also helps us track how much time users spend on pages and which links are clicked most often. The simplicity of the platform, it's responsive design, the ability to customize the templates as per our needs.The support team is always ready to help. Some features are not inbuilt which can be easily added. I would definitely recommend this product for small businesses who want to have an online store without having to spend a lot of money. We use this platform to sell our products.
