The benefits of this software is that it provides accurate information, including details about accidents/violations with no room for error. This program can be helpful in determining if claims are valid or not! It could definitely use some work; however there have been many improvements made since we started using it almost three years ago so things continue to get better each year!! There has never really come up as something negative until now which makes me feel good because I know my coworkers do everything they possibly can everyday to make sure all customers receive top-notch service! Claims handling process takes time but once you've completed your initial paperwork then this entire claim processing will take less than 1 week. It is easy for me as i am not technical, my team are able with it so all in one place everything that you need if someone needs help or has any questions they can get answers quickly without having multiple calls etc., nothing really dislike about this system but when we use more than 1 computer at same time sometimes takes some getting used too! Great platform where our drivers information such us address changes/changes of vehicle / details change ect.
