My original rating is below BUT since I left these comments I decided to do it again with the insole and Scholls socks try (all the time) and they are good are working. Most people wear them for other reasons. I wanted them to be breathable, comfortable to wear and not get dirty with light field work. They work well with the new insole. Still only 3 stars because I had to jump through hoops. First Review: These shoes are exactly what I needed and wore them every day around the farm for about 3 weeks. They have a solid sole, they're comfortable, they're breathable and the ankle is tight enough to keep dirt out. after 3 weeks of wearing i took off my shoes and the insoles came out with my feet and one of them fell apart. . As you can see from the photo, this is the rest of the insole. The thin fabric covering the perforated insole had detached and could not be reattached, meaning these shoes are now unwearable. Without an intact insole, shoes are very uncomfortable, as I said, unwearable.
