Use a pillowcase to avoid snagging.
Cap caught overnight. In hindsight, I probably should have put a pillowcase over it, but I didn't expect it to snag so quickly. I had ankle surgery and a regular pillow just didn't help elevate my leg so I bought this pillow. I'm only 5ft 2in so wasn't sure if it would fit me. I find it most comfortable to sit a little higher on the pillow than a taller person should. It helps my knee to bend properly. In general I am very satisfied with the purchase. I only wish I had used a pillowcase that first night.
