The support team is very responsive and helpful. There is a lot of features and we have had no problems with the software. They have also been able to get us set up with a shipping label account for our customers that we can use as well. The software is very helpful and has all the tools we need to run our shipping label account. I would say that the software has a bit of a learning curve but once you learn the basics it is not hard to use. We have been able to utilize additional shipping labels for our customers shipping and we have been able to use the shipping label for our own shipments. Easy to use, best customer support from their side - they are always there when you need them! The only thing I dislike is that it's not available in every country (at least as of now). They have very affordable rates compared with other providers out there so please give it a try if your business needs shipping labels or even invoices printing services at discounted prices!! It really helped us save money & time while working online.
