I purchased a Large, and they fit perfectly. Not tight, but good compression and high waistband to hold in the tummy slightly. I haven't worked out in them yet to see how they hold up during my runs or HIIT workouts, but they're similar to other very expensive brands that I own, but a little thinner material.
