For those of you who don't like the 'new and improved' scented version of the Nature's Miracle range, MAXIMUS DEALS has given me a classic formula that I think is great. ! When sprayed on it has a slight chemical smell and when you first apply it smells like urine. It then goes into the smelly enzymatic stage and is then washed off. There is absolutely no odor on absorbents after 24-48 hours which I can detect at all if you blot with a damp cloth as instructed. If it's a washable item, simply treat it 15 minutes before starting the washing machine and you'll never transfer it to other items or into the washing machine. For hard surfaces, wait 10-15 minutes after getting wet and then rinse and all odors will disappear immediately. I like to use this formula for our cat boxes as we have a very picky cat that poops on the outside of the box (but still pees in the box). if it smells at all. Plastic doesn't seem to absorb the smell of ammonia and uric acid well, so it resists even after bedding fresh bedding. A quick spritz of nature's wonder and wait 10-15 minutes before rinsing and voila! No ammonia, no urine, no perfume, no smell at all! It requires very little operation, one gallon typically lasts about 2 years with cleaning every 2 weeks. It seems that the effectiveness of the product has not diminished during this time.
