Charming and light! Izzy loves it and loves wearing it. As soon as I pick it up, she comes running to put it on. EASY for them to get in and zip up. I LOVE the rings on my back! In winter she no longer needs dishes or a coat. Rings are perfect for a leash, attach dog tags to them AND attach a car seat belt to them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
