Update: The seller corrected my order very quickly and did everything possible to fix the problem. I am very impressed with their responsiveness. I ordered two packs from #1 and received two different colors. One was #1 and the other #1B. As someone with jet black hair, I was hoping the color would match my real hair. I'm not satisfied as I didn't get exactly what I ordered. I didn't notice any color difference until I applied the first pack, so I had to choose between spending a few days with semi-finished hair or installing a slightly different color. It was uncomfortable. However, I like the hair. It fits 5mm bread and matches the texture of my straightened hair.
