Easy assembly, smart design, maybe for dogs up to 40lbs

Super slim dog buggy. We've never had a dog buggy, which is actually shocking to me because our house has all the other dog friendly gear. We have several wagons but no carriages. We sit with two little dachshunds who usually love to walk but sometimes just want to ride. They don't ride in the carriage. We thought that would be a good option. This stroller is incredibly easy to assemble. I'm terrible at following written instructions (this stroller comes with written instructions with pretty good pictures) and I was able to easily attach the wheels and get everything in the right place. I was also able to figure out how to fold the stroller back. Very easy for a person who has never used a stroller. The description says it can hold up to 55 pounds. Our Aussie/newbie weighs exactly 50 pounds and is the friendliest dog in the world. She's ready for anything. After assembling the stroller, I sat it down and rolled it around the living room and there was absolutely no extra space in it. It was a close landing. I would call this stroller more suitable for dogs up to 40 pounds. Fifty-five pounds is excessive. Our Aussie had no place to lie down and when she sat down she couldn't turn around at all. I love all the storage underneath and on the sides. I love bags and this stroller doesn't disappoint. Zip all the way around, but a little peephole in the front is really fun. Can't wait for the next Doxy visit in a few weeks. The wheels are plastic and I will be replacing them with heavier wheels so we can take it to the dog park and off road.

Pros
  • Lots of fun
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for seniors
