I may not have understood what I got with this product but I hate that I wasted money on it. While there are a few heads that look good, I CANNOT change them. I put one on and now I can't take it off. I removed the blade cover but can't put it back on! The scrubber is too soft and hardly presses the algae. I had to use it, sticking my whole hand into the tank and using a lot of effort to get even light algae out of the glass. It looks good, but looks aren't everything. This whole set goes in the trash can. They've recognized the issues and completely revamped the design with the spring release, which is AMAZING! The handle is also stronger and the heads are larger which is great for my larger aquariums. When I got this version of her joke I tried it straight away and was VERY pleased. The only additional feedback I could give is to make the "scrubbers" rougher. The soft sponges they are made of lend themselves to a light film but do not completely kill algae. There is a scraper for that too. This review has been upgraded from 1 to 5 because this company really took customer feedback seriously and made an amazing product! Not to mention the exceptional customer service they provided to a disgruntled customer. Hello to the team that worked with me! Thank you for changing my experience with your exceptional service and product! =
