Don't know what to think

These are my first glasses with a blue light filter. Not many people know what they are, so it's difficult to find first-hand information on how they're supposed to work. I decided to try and test them myself so I bought red, green and blue lasers and a blue flash. The camera doesn't simulate blue as well as other colors for some reason. The blue laser was much brighter, as was the green. Either way, you can still see the difference in blue. I first shined the laser through the glass at an angle so you can see how much light is also reflected and not just absorbed. I then aimed the laser directly at the wall so you can see what the normal color should be. If you ask me, it seems to me that only 10%-25% of the blue light is filtered out. I know it's supposed to block a certain spectrum of blue light differently, so maybe it's the "tint" of the blue light? I wore them for a month at a time. At first I wore them day and night and only took them off before bed. I have to say it helped me feel sleepy around 10pm instead of the usual 2am. I also stopped getting tired from my eyesight and had a slight headache. Then I tried wearing them only during the day when I play video games before going to bed. Same effect. For the most part they seem to work. I just wanted you guys to have a visual representation as well because no one really seems to show how much blue light is actually filtered out on any of their blue light blocking glasses. It doesn't make any sense to me.
