No hyper flash, almost too bright. Excellent build quality.

Installed on Accord 2013 (EX-L V6), works fine. Not a hyper flash from what I tested, the turn signals worked for about 4 minutes max no problem. The only thing I would warn people about is that they are INCREDIBLY smart. Almost blind at night. Not sure if this is my headlight design but they will illuminate road signs a quarter mile away. With these headlights, other drivers will know exactly when you are turning or changing lanes. The DRLs could be a bit brighter, but my Accord has a separate DRL anyway, so that's not a problem for me.

Pros

Note: Because these bulbs have built-in intelligent temperature control, long-term use (multiple cars, maybe 2-5 minutes, depending on year/brand/model and temperature) may cause hyper flashing, please turn off and 1-2 minutes put it in the fridge, then they will work properly again, please don't buy if you mind.
