I suspected most of the negative reviews were due to the misuse of their razors. These razors are designed to be used when wet. I use shaving cream and get great results. The instructions also say to put a drop of baby oil on the blades before first use. I actually have a bottle of Wahl hair cutting oil. The results were amazing! I didn't feel anything the first time. No feeling of cutting. Unfortunately, this didn't last long. I soon started using the oil once a week, then twice. Two months have passed and they are rapidly degrading. Also the screens in the picture are not the same. You're not doing very well if your beard has hair at odd angles. Now I must resume my quest for decent blades.
