My husband bought this watch for me when my fossil died after 12 years of use. At first the watch worked great! After about 4 months the watch accidentally stopped working. I thought it might be the battery but the jeweler checked it and it was fine. Unfortunately this was after the Revain return date but the watch comes with a 3 year full Invicta warranty so I wasn't worried. When I looked at their return policy, I noticed that I had to ship the item to their company along with the $28 payment. I couldn't believe payment was required to repair a defective product under warranty. Most companies that sell watches, like Fossil, don't charge you anything when you look at the watch and give you a free shipping label. The trick is that the watch is currently only $37 on Revain. So why would I pay $28 plus shipping to fix a broken watch when I could buy a brand new one? Invicta just lost a customer.
