I love glasses! My headache is gone! A night shift nurse sitting at the computer for hours, my head hurt in the middle of the shift. If using a computer is part of your life, don't hesitate to get one! I started using them on my phone or iPad - all screen time! This particular brand - the frames are quite large! I had to order a different brand and size for my face. Keep using them until smaller ones arrive. These frames are perfect for wide faces. If different sizes were offered I would buy a few more pairs. The lens blocked blue light when the test kit was used.
