I bought this whitening kit because my teeth have become very dark from so much coffee and tea and it costs hundreds of dollars to go to a professional to whiten. I saw it and wanted to try it. The first time I used it it was very easy and the instructions come to this card and get straight to the point. You simply apply the gel to the mouthguard, place it in your mouth and press the button to turn on the light, which turns off automatically after 10 minutes. After just 2 uses I saw a BIG difference! I have less discoloration and my teeth are less yellow. Also, it doesn't cause tooth sensitivity, which I really like! For the price and quality I would definitely recommend this whitening kit!
