After about two weeks of light gaming, my keyboard died, it started with the keyboard turning off and my computer had a USB Malfunction Error. Strange as my computer is brand new and I just assembled it. I was able to hold it a bit longer but I think it might have had a short in the cord as it would only light up and work if the cord was held a certain way although it didn't last long. The mouse works well and my USB ports on my computer definitely work because I tested all 4. Despite this, the keyboard stops working, sometimes it lights up instead of constantly and there is no keyboard input when I try to type something. I can't even use it to enter a password to unlock my computer. I tried to find an email or contact the company but to no avail. Hope to hear from someone soon.
