That is, it is a brush. Could it be more, yes, but then again you paid $5 for it. What did you expect, I tell myself while holding it, it reminds me of the blush brush you get in those cheap Christmas makeup kits. Don't get me wrong, I'll definitely be using this because it's only $5. Will eventually buy another one, but this one will do at the same time
