Easy to integrate, easy to use, good support for large projects when we need it. Very stable platform, nothing special at all, perfect solution for recording your applications. It took us only couple hours to configure their free version (1 user) for recording our webapplications. Support is really good as well, even with very big projects. Some time ago they introduced a version for JVM execution which is quite nice to use. I must say that this is one of those products we will buy till forever. Record the app behavior without any impact on production environment or business continuity. We have huge problems with apps crashing, so it saves a lot of money to go through production issues and reopens them if necessary. Also it prevents some business continuity incidents like service outages, security flaws and etc. I love how easy it is to use, all features are well thought out so that there's little room for error or confusion when implementing them into our production environments (we're deploying across multiple locations). Nothing at this time; everything looks great! We've been using undo functionality since day 1 with success. The ability for us as an organization to identify areas where mistakes were made during testing/QA phases was huge compared to other solutions we looked at previously.
