Less than a day after arriving, he displayed vertical stripes on the screen and didn't respond to anything until the power was turned off. This happens at random intervals from 15 minutes to several hours. I sent them a support ticket which generated an RMA number to return the monitor which left me unable to use my computer for three weeks. They decided they couldn't fix it so they sent me a new one of the same model. Within 4 hours
