I like the chair but one of the levers was broken from the packaging. it slides back and forth freely, it doesn't snap. I opened a ticket to fix the problem but no one replies apart from an auto reply. I've tried both phone and email. I will update this review if someone solves this problem. However, this chair is very comfortable and durable. Possibly the most durable gaming chair I've ever owned. With the exception of one hand, the build quality is excellent. Update: It's been 12 days since I opened the ticket and I still haven't received a response from Vertagear. I emailed their CEO directly to see if I would get a response. At the moment I can't recommend spending that kind of money on a chair when support is obviously not there to back up the warranty. Update #2: I finally got a replacement part for my chair. They didn't just send me one part, they sent me 2 of them. It really took an unusually long time, they said they were moving and that's why it took so long. I still like the chair but they still need to work seriously on the tech support. I upgraded to 3 stars, 5 stars for the chair, 1 for her support.
