I have quite a large collection of lights and ring lights. I saw this one and thought it would be a great addition to my collection and decided to use it on my dressing table. I wasn't expecting much given the low price. I was happy to receive my order within 2 days! The packaging is nice - nothing special, but not bad either. I first noticed the size of the ring itself and was impressed. I hooked it up and was even more impressed! I was thrilled to see that it was incredibly bright, had multiple settings, and (btw) worked just as well as my much more expensive ring lights. However, disappointment quickly followed when I attempted to install it on my vanity. I was amazed why the legs of the light are so thin! Other table ring lights I have have much thicker legs to support the weight of the ring and phone. This immediately became a problem. I spent over an hour and a half manipulating the ring light's legs to stand up and maintain the light. They are thin and too small. I can't get him to stand up on his own for more than a few seconds before he falls. DO NOT BUY THIS RING LIGHT. There are other ring lights in this price range that you can buy that can be used as intended. Such a bummer because everything else about this product is great! I just wish I could actually USE it. I would give it 1 star but being so impressed with the settings/brightness I'm giving it 2 stars. HE STANDS ALONE FOR 30 SECONDS TO TAKE PHOTOS AND IMMEDIATELY HE FALLS.
