Review on 🚀 Doug's Headers D3336 Exhaust Header for Chevrolet Chevelle LS1/LS6 by Roger Diaz

Overall these headers are pretty good. The quality is high and they look great once installed. Doug's Headers, although no longer associated with Mr. Thorley, is still a respected manufacturer selling parts from the USA. Electrode gap is ok. All screws are accessible which is a big plus. A band clamp instead of the traditional 3 bolt connection to your exhaust system is the best solution to avoid leaks and has better ground clearance. Since my setup is a replacement LS manifold, the O2 sensor connectors are factory installed and easily accessible. If you've been in this business for a while, you'll learn that nothing is a stud, everything needs a little massage. Nothing has changed here, I had to saw off part of the gearbox housing to get approval. And the starter must be installed before the manifold bolts are tightened. But overall it fits better than most titles I've used in the past.
