Review on Thermal Printer Commercial Connectivity Compatible by Mark Howard

I received this product unopened and in good condition, but was missing the USB drive described in the quick start guide to set up the software and watch a video tutorial. I sent LotFancy a message asking them to send me a USB drive and they replied with a link to some software that isn't working. I told them the link didn't work and asked them again to send me a USB stick. This was her answer: The USB DRIVE is not listed in the description or in the photos. I hope you understand. Well if you can get it to work otherwise please contact Revain for returns and refunds as the order was completed by Revain. If you look at the photos I took, this is obviously not the case. Now I have to return this product and look for another brand that works as described. It was a huge waste of time that I didn't have.
