Sloppy design, not cut

Product looks good but the design is messy. The one I have doesn't pierce the paper, it just makes small cuts. The two sides don't seem to line up perfectly, and therefore it doesn't cut through completely. I prefer to buy from those who check the quality of their products. Without them, all you have to do is pray they get the right piece!
