It was so lucky to find! I'm buying 2 more because I gifted it to a dear friend who has severe migraines. To be honest she felt relieved after a few minutes. I was very happy for her as she gets them often and asked her to keep them. I have recommended it to several friends and strangers in chiropractic practice. Even my chiropractor showed great interest in her! It has something to do with how it wraps perfectly around your head with no pressure, relieving tension between your head, neck and shoulders. This is clear sky. I mostly fall asleep with it and wake up, put it carefully next to the bed, replace it with a pillow and sleep well at night. Because of my office work and constantly looking at my notebook and phone with outstretched arms from my computer, I noticed less stress during the day. Headphones and an eye mask are an added bonus that I have yet to use. One minus, bad rides. It's just styrofoam, plastic, and glue. I put it in my carry-on with very few items, drove my car 100 miles and when I took it out it was a bit deformed. I was sad but figured it would be like a memory foam mattress topper and would be back in half an hour or so. However, this is not the case. It's not that convenient, but it still works. So yes, I recommend it. Just keep it at home or carry it with you when you take it somewhere. Treat it like a diamond :-) I'll post a photo over the weekend. I'm terrible, that's what I gave away. So it works! It cured her migraines! I'll be at her house this weekend.
