Good quality but not very practical

I don't think my neck is short, but it's too long for me. Not sure if the design is intended to cover the head or something else, I find it too narrow and long for neck insulation. You can cut it in half and use it. i will return it

Pros

I used spats to cover my exposed neck and face.

Cons

They are very warm but very tight around the neck.
