Review on KCT [2 PACK] Paperfeel Screen Protector for iPad 9/8/7 - Matte PET Paperfeel Film, Scratch Resistant, No Glare, Compatible with Apple Pencil by Cory Jacobson

Rigid No. Screen Protectors

Where do I start….okay, let's start with the application. They are so thin and like tissue paper that the concept of a sticker is meaningless. They don't help with alignment at all, and unfortunately the holes on mine don't even line up properly for my home button and camera, despite the guard itself being perfectly aligned on every edge. (This is my fourth iPad, and I only own Apple devices other than iPads, so I'm no stranger to screen protectors.) The quality is terrible. Every time I even touch it with my hand, it leaves a powdery residue, which often happens since I use my iPad as much as my MacBook. No paper feel, it actually makes using my Apple Pencil less smooth when writing and drawing. I'm also very annoyed that this is considered "protective" since there is literally nothing defensive. When applied, it was scratched and punctured with the squeegee included in the package. This just goes to show me how easy it is to scratch the glass on an iPad even when it's on. I'll be quick to throw this away and buy back my trusty glass screen protectors. They're tough as a board at half the price and can take a toddler's injury and your iPad will truly survive. I feel like I was scammed into buying it. I recommend this brand as well as a voluntary lobotomy.
