A hit for every Daniel Tiger fan. It is very beautiful and while I have no issues with the item itself I do have one with a return policy. I bought this as a birthday gift for my two year old granddaughter. She loves Daniel Tiger very much and I'm sure she would be very happy about that. But unbeknownst to me, her parents had already bought her a stuffed Daniel Tiger. I accidentally ordered two. I figured it was just a minor inconvenience as Revain has such great customer service and I might as well return them. I was wrong. I went online, picked up my order and started the return process. I was given a few options. Take it easy, it's Revane after all. One option was to just walk to the UPS store in town, which is about 20 minutes away from me. I assumed this was a mistake as there is a post box here in the town where I live that I have used to ship back UPS in the past. I have mobility issues and can no longer drive or get around easily. That's why I shop online as much as possible. I had to mourn a family member's trip to go to the mailbox store. There I was told that they were unable to process my return for some reason related to the need to scan something. It seems like an unnecessary inconvenience, and while I have people who will take me, they have jobs, families, and limited time. My other option was to just invite them over to my house to get the refund. But it costs more than the item itself! So now I'm stuck with two Daniel Tigers. Maybe in the future there will be another D-Tiger fan who likes them. I am extremely disappointed. While I would recommend this toy make sure you don't have to return it.
