This shovel is a nice weight - not flimsy or pliable. Overall it is 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm) long and the scoop bowl is 1 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep. If you want to be fussy, there's a visible weld between the handles. and the bowl on the back is clean on the front. For those of you who are interested, it's made in China. The handle says 2 tbsp / 30ml and 18/10 stainless steel - hopefully it doesn't rust. There is a cute little hole for hanging on a hook. The handle is slightly magnetic, the bowl is larger but I don't expect it to support its own weight. I'm so glad I bought 4!
