I couldn't find my original 2 star review so I'm adding a new one. I give them 5 stars because of their customer service and because my initial problem wasn't a big problem and I was able to solve it myself without any problems. First one of the adjustment knobs didn't work. The next day I was able to move it and it fixed itself. By that time customer service had already contacted me and offered to replace the part and/or any other assistance I needed. You were there! These bar stools are cute, comfortable and easy to assemble. And if you run into problems, the support team won't leave you alone. Highly recommended!
