Review on 🔋 Efficient 4-Bay 18650 Battery Charger - 5V 2A, Li-ion TR IMR, Red/Green Display by Carmen Rosario

According to the user manual, the LEDs on the product are red when charging and green when the battery is charging. I have 3 dead cells 18650. As soon as I connected the product the LEDs turned green. The batteries have been in the charger for more than 48 hours and are not yet charged. I emailed support twice and got no response. The seller contacted me and apologized for the delay. He asked for my order number and shipping address and immediately sent a new charger. Received today and that's not possible either. I put in 3 18650 batteries that don't work in my flashlights and all the LEDs turn green indicating that they are fully charged. Checking with a multimeter shows they are indeed dead.
