I don't utilize the column in its traditional sense; rather, I use it as a speaker for a computer; in this capacity, it fulfills its functional requirements. But if the JBL buddies had finalized the connection via USB, they would have been able to take another niche. Has pros: Normally constructed, the included equipment works fine, and the packaging is pleasant to open. to the touch, it is meant to be neat and pleasing to the touch. The sound is enjoyable, even though it is quite loud, and I have no problems about it. Some cons: When turned on, there is a brief hissing sound, however it quickly disappears after a few seconds have passed. In some instances, I picked up a tip, although I was unsure where it originated (maybe from the felts of a neighboring computer), but I believe this to be an incredibly unusual occurrence.
